Step By Step Process
The first step in our process begins with an onsite visit to determine the best course of action for your project.
Whether you have polymeric sand or grouting we will create a plan for your specific situation.
Our Step By Step Process
1. We clean your patio with heated pressure water and surface cleaners. Sometimes chemicals are involved in cases of rust or efflorescence.
2. At this stage sand, caulking or required grouting repairs are performed.
3. Finally, after all preparations are completed, we spray two layers of sealer on top. The sealer provides a layer of protection from water and other elements so your patio maintains its beautiful look for years. We offer wet or matte look sealers and recommend resealing every 3 to 5 years.
