The first step in our process begins with an onsite visit to evaluate your patio and determine the best course of action for your project. Whether your patio uses polymeric sand or grout joints, we will develop a restoration plan tailored to your specific situation.
Our Step-by-Step Process
- Deep Cleaning
We thoroughly clean the patio using heated pressure washing equipment and professional surface cleaners. In certain situations, specialty cleaning solutions may be used to treat issues such as rust stains or efflorescence.
- Joint Repair
Once the surface is fully cleaned, we address any joint issues by installing or repairing polymeric sand, caulking, or grout, depending on the construction of your patio.
- Sealing & Protection
After all preparation work is complete, we apply two coats of professional-grade sealer. The sealer protects the surface from water penetration, weather exposure, and staining, helping your patio maintain its appearance for years to come.
We offer both wet-look and natural matte finish sealers and typically recommend resealing every 3 to 5 years for long-term protection.
